For your convenience, we provide baseline service standards—detailed in our descriptions of the various service levels—to serve as a starting point. Additionally, our Service Checklist outlines the tasks included at each level, allowing you to adjust the scope to fit your exact requirements.
For projects beyond standard offerings, the decision-making always remains with you. We handle whatever property tasks you require, guided entirely by your needs and executed to your specifications.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
At Property Prophet, we come fully equipped with all the tools and materials needed for your property projects. With years of experience, we have carefully selected the most effective and reliable equipment to ensure high-quality results while protecting your property. If you have any specific preferences or requirements for certain tools or materials, we are happy to accommodate them to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What We Do
The only tasks not included are those you don’t request and that aren’t part of our standard Service Checklist. As long as a task is needed, accessible, and listed, we will complete it. If there’s something not on the list that you’d like done, just let us know. We are here to handle the property projects you need, not just what appears on the checklist.
Is there a cancelation fee?
At Property Prophet, we strive to accommodate our clients’ schedules with flexibility. If you need to cancel a service appointment, please note the following:
No charge will be applied if you cancel at least 4 days before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made 3 days prior will incur a fee of 25% of the original service cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 60% of the service cost.
This policy helps us manage scheduling efficiently and ensures fair compensation for the time reserved for your project. When an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that slot to another client, resulting in a loss of potential work. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Is there an estimate fee?
At Property Prophet, we understand the importance of clear and accurate service estimates. For initial quotes provided online or over the phone, we offer our time completely free of charge. As a dedicated local business, we want to ensure you receive the best possible estimate at no cost.
For in-person estimates that involve actual expenses, such as travel, we charge $30 to cover these costs. However, if you choose to engage our services, this fee will be credited toward your first service, effectively making the estimate free.
How much experience/ how long have you been doing this?
For the past 30 years, Property Prophet has provided property services intermittently, and since 2017, it has operated consistently as a primary source of service and support. Seven years into this steady phase, Property Prophet was officially registered and has been actively pursuing expansion ever since. Our strong reputation has grown within the Pensacola area, allowing us to serve an increasing number of clients. As demand for our services has grown, we have scaled operations to meet the needs of every project entrusted to us. In summary, Property Prophet has been building its legacy for over 30 years.
Can I ask for a special request

Do I Need to Be Present During Repairing?
It’s entirely your choice whether to be present during our work. Here’s our perspective:
Preferred Scenario: We generally recommend that you are not on-site while we handle your property projects. This allows our team to work efficiently without interruptions and ensures every task is completed to the highest standard.
Understanding Your Preferences: We understand that some clients prefer to be present until trust is established or for other reasons. If you’d like to stay on-site, that’s perfectly fine. After all, it’s your property, and the choice is entirely yours.
Whether you’re there to observe the process or prefer to return to a finished, well-maintained property, we are here to accommodate your needs.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work done?
